Summary

We have learned a lot that all management tasks are carried out by decision-making; accurate and timely information is necessary to make a sound decision and is obtained through a reasonable and well-organized system of gathering, analyzing, and disseminating the information to decision-makers. This approach is commonly regarded as MIS in the world of management. You must provide a correctly developed, evaluated, built, and managed management information system in today's world of ever - complexity in the industry as well as a business organization, for operation and development, which offers accurate, accurate, and valuable knowledge to help management to make fast and reasonable decisions.

In today's world, MIS has played the most critical position as the boss has to make decisions under two main challenges:

Firstly, the boss needs to make fast decisions because of liberalization and globalization, where companies are forced to compete not locally but internationally, or his company would be disqualified by his rivals. The need for such a device has been enhanced by this.

Second, a manager needs to process massive big data in this information era where data doubles every two or three years; he could end up making a difficult decision that could be incredibly costly to the company.

In such a case, administrators need to be prepared with such resources or programmers that will support them in their challenging decision-making positions. For the aforementioned reasons, MIS is of perennial significance today, and it is often considered to be the origin of the name of the company. This method supports decision-makers in organizations by presenting data at multiple decision-making levels and therefore significantly helps organizations to meet their pre-set priorities and goals. On the other hand, a management information system that is not properly prepared or improperly managed for research, design, or execution may include unreliable, useless, or outdated existing data that may be lethal to the enterprise. In other words, without adequately organizing, developing, integrating, and managing management information systems, organizations today do not succeed and develop. It has been well recognized that MIS allows even small companies to pay their larger rivals for the economies of scale enjoyed and thereby continues to have a comparative edge over other organizations.

We have met a lot of managers for companies to get experience and information, and they gave me a lot of their time.

We learned many things in the company. We realized that it is important to complete the process, and we must develop an alternative plan and plan if the first step does not succeed. We realized that interdependence and cohesion is the secret of strength, and that separation is weak. I learned that to complete a complete process, we must make plans for it, follow it, and do each step efficiently because the other step depends on the step before it, and that lack of perfection at work will undoubtedly lead to failure. The company relied on bringing its resources from approved places, and then the restaurant had factories, farms, and stores to bring raw materials from its farms so that it would be guaranteed and not harmful to health and correctly stored in its stores and this was with the aim of the customer’s safety first and then his satisfaction. Meeting the manger of the company was great because he helped us a lot to get more information that helped a lot in the assignments. On the other side, I want to thank the team in the company for their support and their patient for giving us all this information.
