After Conducting a systematic review of Heart Attack, we have seen many of its strengths and weaknesses. Out of our desire to make this business more profitable and advanced; Our team concluded two recommendations to solve two primary problems of the business.

The business takes a couple of days to respond to customer inquiries , problems, and complaints 



According to this statistic, 25% of the people expecting to get responded on social media on the same day. Also, the faster the response, the more satisfied the customer.

It's not common to see Heat Attack branches with a line that stretches around the block that causes a long waiting list. it takes around 30 to 45 minutes to help the food that makes the customer and less satisfied.

Our Solution: 

We recommend creating a Heart Attack application that can people-order and pay before they go. That will help to speed food delivery and decrease the waiting list as well as increasing customer satisfaction.
