Conclusion

We were able to learn a lot about information systems in general and heart attack in particular during this project.

• We would like to conclude as regards:

The MIS assists Heart Attack in strategic planning, oversight of management, organizational control, and handling of transactions. The MIS also assists clerical Heart Attack's workers in the processing of transactions and responds to questions  about transaction-related records, the status of a specific record, and references to several records. Heart Attack uses MIS in generating knowledge, coordination, recognition of problems to assess the decision-making process, Increasing customer engagement and building brand awareness. On the other side, Heart Attack is still can use The MIS tools to solve problems such as customer engagement and long waiting lists.  To sum it up, Heart Attack is well utilizing the MIS; functions and tools integrated with the business, but they still can use it more effectively and efficiently.
